1. RESET / GO:
   under setting mode: reset the data of the flashing item.
   under normal mode: press and hold on 3s to clear all data.
2. BODY FAT: ENTER / EXIT from the user parameter setting when not running.
3. MODE: Switch the SETTING status;
4. UP / RECOVERY: under the setting mode, adjust UP the data of the flashing item.
5. DOWN:: under the setting mode, adjust DOWN the data of the flashing item.
6. TIME / BMI: time and body mass index.
