- 70% rate of newness: The appearance is damaged (such as peeling paint, small slight deformation), the function is intact, and it can be used normally without repair,
- 80% rate of newness: The appearance is slightly damaged (such as peeling paint), the function is intact, and it can be used normally without repair,
- 90% rate of newness: Good appearance, good function, no more than 3 months of use.
Is it a good deal?
Let us consider the following points
- How much it will cost to build a house in your location? In China usually much more than 150 USD/sqm before decoration. Let’s take 40′ HQ as a sample, the internal floor area is 12.03*2.35=28.2705 sqm, which means more than 150*28=4200 USD.
- As long as the paint is painted properly, it will last for years. If one day you don’t need it anymore, you can sell it to others.
- If you want a window, you’ll have to cut the hole yourself
