Why Your Order Amount Should no Less Than 5000 USD?

Considering the comprehensive cost, you should buy gym equipment from your local market if the budget no more than 5000 USD, it’s including but not only the below items:

• Before shipping, we need to clear customs in China, which usually costs 180-250 US dollars as a regular fee. However, Once we encounter the customs inspection, the cost will increase by about 200 US dollars. As you know the inspection is a small probability event, and we cannot add its cost to all orders, the best way for the exporter is to ensure that the profit is no less than $200; in this way, the exporter will cover the custom inspection cost with profit/margin.
• warehouse entrance/storage fee on the port of departure;
• your aim port clearance fee, for example in Europe it will be 200EUR for each bill of lading;
• Shipping costs, Hundreds to thousands of USD on where you are.
• Custom duty and vat taxes in your aim port.

Generally speaking, the final amount usually is 1.3 ~ 1.5 times the products’ value if the good values exceed 20K USD; but will be 2.5+ times for small order which amount is no more than 5000 USD, let alone the ocean shipping cost went up to 5 times than normal price from 2021 ending to 2022 Summer.

Therefore the suggested minimum amount is 5,000.00 USD, and it will be better if it exceeds 20,000.00 USD.

Why there are so many fields in the contact form?

How do I know you are not a cheater?

We will take photos and videos of all exercise products before you pay the balance;

After you confirm and transfer the final payment, we will arrange the shipping, you are welcome to visit us on the loading date or authorize someone here.

We will also take photos and videos of the loading progress for you if nobody comes here for exam goods or supervision loading.

How do I know the quality of your products?

We’ve prepared multi-media for your reference on this website, including videos and live photos,  however, this is still a question for many buyers, the best two methods are as follows:

1. Tell us your detailed address, and we will check if is there one of our clients nearby your location, you can visit our client’s gym if they allow it.
2. Fly to China and visit our factories and gym.

Regarding the expectation of product quality, How do you think of the shoes and clothes from China? A pair of sneakers made in China cost only a few dozen dollars with good quality, while Nike and Adidas shoes cost hundreds of dollars; The same situation in the field of gym equipment, all in all, our bodybuilding products’ quality is good but not perfect, meanwhile, we sincerely welcome you to visit us before placing an order; Place a small order as the trial if you have no time to visit us.

What’s the difference between your products and big brands?

Big brands like Technogym, life fitness, Matrix, Precor, Nautilus, and more; You will find a lot of differences in details if comparing two similar machines, from steel tubes to screws in every part;

However, we believe what buyers care about is: does the machine work well, and how many years it can work.

The gym facilities we list here are qualified products after comparing dozens of gym machine lines, their lifetime is 5-10 years if the machine was kept maintained periodically; the Romania Gym Coliseum Muncii bought gym equipment from us in 2013, and they are still working today (May 2023).

• If you are not a perfectionist, then you can believe our gym equipment can serve the public very well.
• If you pursue perfect details, such as the width of the cushion on your exercise bench must be 37 cm, the position of the barbell bracket on your Olympic chest press bench must be 20 cm per step; we recommend that you choose the customized service, the customized product Prices are usually at least 30% higher than regular products.

How long is the after-sales warranty period?

12-14 months for most products from the date of the bill of lading issue, but please note that this warranty does not include shipping costs and additional charges, such as customs clearance fees and import VAT; in other words, you will get the same after-sales service terms as buyers in the Chinese domestic market.

If you find that a machine is damaged when you receive the goods, it is difficult to judge whether it is caused by the shipping company or the factory. We understand your disappointment as a buyer; but please also understand that sellers are also very depressed, so we need to share these losses:

• we provide free Replacement parts for you, but you have to find a way to ship it away and bear the freight or ship it together with the next order;
• Or, we can also refund part of the purchase price of the machine (e.g. 50%) to you.

Frankly speaking, most Chinese suppliers agree that these terms are non-negotiable, and if you can’t accept these, you’d better buy your gym equipment from the local market.
After all, Chinese suppliers only earn some hard-earned money, which is not enough to bear any accidents. Unlike European and American sellers, the profits they earn are several times the value of the products, which is the basis for them to provide better after-sales service.

The price on this website is real or not?

The price is close to the actual EXW price when we add products to this website (Ex-works does not contain the vat tax and shipping cost), But please understand it is not 100% accurate since the exchange rate and the sourcing cost of the raw material like steel tube are always changing.

However, you can still tell which product is expensive and which product is cheap

How many pieces gym machine I should buy?

The formula  is Quantity = Area / 7

eg: you have a 1000 square meters gym, keep 700 sqm as a training area, 300 sqm for toilet, Reception room and dressing room; then you need 700/7=100 pieces gym machines.

When should I place an order?

3 – 4 months earlier than the opening date of your new gym. since production usually costs 30 – 60 days, the voyage also needs 30-50 days to Europe/America, and a longer time to Africa;

The Chinese government now attaches great importance to environmental protection and safe production. It often goes to factories for sudden inspections. Once potential problems are found, factories will immediately stop production for rectification.

Therefore you’d better add an extra 1 month at least because nobody knows will the factory is locked down tomorrow.
